Using massage therapy and body work as a tool to help promote health and wellness may be one of the easiest ways to improve chronic pain, fatigue, headaches and migraines (yes there is a difference), and improve immunity, as well as many other issues that may be keeping you from living your life to its fullest.
The first step is making the decision to set a side some time for yourself to book and keep that massage appointment. From there we can work together to find out what will work best for you, as far as the type of massage, and how often you want to book. Some people book every week, twice a month, once a month etc. sometimes it works out to be 30 minute increments, other times it could be 90 minutes depending on what is going on in your life in the moment, and the level of stress you are carrying.
I know that cost is one of the top concerns for clients.....so...I have come up with a price point that hopefully meets everyone's needs. Throughout the years I have developed a belief system and a life-long goal of providing a safe environment where my clients are able to relax and achieve a sense of well-being, facilitating their journey of achieving overall health and happiness.
